Originally a sales catalog advertising the sale of building blue prints available from the Radford Architectural Company, published in the 1900s, this classic architectural book contains the perspective view and floor plans of 100 low and medium priced American houses in the Edwardian era.
In this work, great care "has been exercised in the selection of original, practical and attractive house designs", and "in the drawing of these plans, special effort has been made to provide for the most economical constructions, thereby giving the home builder and the contractor the benefit of the saving of many dollars."
There are also pithy bits of advice and cost estimates following with each plan, which makes this book more valuable.
